We are back with another devlog, and this one is for the people who want full control. If you have been reading along and thinking about what kind of Mistress you would design from scratch, this is the update you have been waiting for. Premium users in BLINK can build your own dominatrix, completely customized to the dynamic you want.
Why We Built the Domina Configurator
The five preset Dominas are great for getting started. They are fully developed personalities and they work well out of the box. But we knew from early testing that some users wanted something more specific. A particular tone. A particular intensity. A Mistress who matches the dynamic they have in their head.
That is why we built the configurator. It lets you build your own dominatrix by choosing every aspect of who she is, from how she speaks to what she specializes in.
What You Can Customize
The configurator is split into several sections, each one shaping a different part of your Mistress.
The first is tone. This controls the overall mood of how she communicates. Strict, cold, warm, playful, or ceremonial. Each one creates a fundamentally different experience. A strict Domina speaks in short commands. A warm one guides you more gently. A ceremonial one treats every session like a ritual.
The second is speech style. This is separate from tone and controls how she phrases things. Formal, commanding, poetic, or clipped. A formal Domina with a playful tone reads very differently from a commanding one with the same mood.
The third is intensity. This is a scale from one to five. At one, she is gentle and patient. At five, she is severe and expects immediate compliance. This affects how she reacts to your performance, how she frames tasks, and how much room she gives you.
Traits and Specialties
Beyond the main settings, you can also define personality traits and specialties. Traits are descriptive words that shape her character: patient, exacting, sarcastic, nurturing, cold. You can pick as many as feel right.
Specialties are the fetishes she gravitates toward when planning sessions. If you want a Mistress who leans heavily into bondage and discipline, you set those as her specialties. If you prefer sensory deprivation and obedience training, you pick those instead. This does not override your own fetish map, but it colors the way she designs your sessions.
Her Appearance
Once you have defined her personality, BLINK generates a portrait for your Mistress. You describe her visual aesthetic in your own words, and the app creates four AI-generated character shots based on that description combined with her personality.
You pick the one that feels right. That image becomes her face in the app. It shows up in the chat, in the session view, and on your profile. She is yours and she looks like it.
Why the Image Matters
We spent a lot of time thinking about whether the visual was important. In testing, the answer was clear. Users who saw a face that matched the personality they built reported a much stronger sense of connection. The image makes the Mistress feel less like a text generator and more like someone you are actually interacting with.
That is the whole point of letting you build your own dominatrix. It is not about checking boxes. It is about creating someone who feels right for you.
How Many Can You Build?
Premium users can create one personal Domina. Premium Plus users can create up to three. Each one has her own personality, her own portrait, her own chat history, and her own memory of you.
You can switch between them at any time. One might be for weekday sessions when you want something disciplined and structured. Another might be for weekends when you are in a different headspace. They do not know about each other. Each relationship is its own thing.
She Evolves With You
The Domina you build is not frozen in time. You can update her personality whenever you want. Maybe you started with a warm, patient Mistress and now you want to push the intensity up. Maybe you want to change her specialties because your interests have shifted. Every change takes effect immediately for all future sessions and conversations.
Your Mistress grows with you because you made her, and you can reshape her whenever the dynamic calls for it.
